Since 1985, my vast subject matter knowledge of pay TV, IP over satellite, online delivery of content, IPTV, and most recently the multi-screen delivery of content, my passion to innovate, and my hands on implementation and operations experience, has allowed me to:

-  build and manage several cable TV operations

-  build one of the most well known and respected private cable TV operations in the Middle East (UAE and Kuwait)

-  conceive, implement, and launch the worlds first asymmetric delivery of Internet over Satellite service utilizing the DVB-S standard, which is the same standard still being used today for the delivery of linear digital TV channels, where consumers that connected to their ISP could receive their Internet requests 10-20 times faster

-  build and operate one of the first asymmetric white labeled DVB Internet via Satellite service offerings that allowed ISPs to offer their customers the connected to them the fast delivery of their Internet requests using a satellite dish

-  enable owners of content, artists, to reach an online audience utilizing a simple to use web-based platform and media player solution

-  support one of the largest telecom operators in the world, and the largest in the Middle East, to develop the 5 year digital media services plan and execute against the plan with minimal resources, leveraging technology and solution partners, and successfully deploying during that time, an IPTV 2.0 within the UAE and KSA as well as an OTT service that was launched multiple screens within the United Arab Emirates and throughout the Middle East Region.  If you wish to check out the projects that I was directly involved in while at Etisalat, click here.
